Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
Research and resolve payroll tax issues for customers and internal
stakeholders
Assist customers with tax-related inquiries and ensure accurate
payroll tax filings
Collaborate with tax agencies and internal teams to manage payroll
tax obligations
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in customer satisfaction roles
2+ years of payroll service bureau experience
Knowledge of federal, state, local payroll taxes, and paid family
leave
Experience handling sensitive/confidential information
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
