Director, International Tax - Clear succession to Head of TaxOmaha based global organization is searching for an experienced international tax leader to step into their organization in a key role. This is an excellent opportunity to make a measurable / meaningful impact as this company continues to expand their global footprint. Our client is searching for a collaborative leader who would enjoy playing an active role partnering with the executive team as this company expands into new markets.Key Responsibilities

• Lead US international tax related planning and structuring projects including corporate acquisitions, operational initiatives and other corporate led projects.
• Lead the development of international tax strategies to reduce tax costs and facilitate efficient use of cash flows while helping to simplify the business and increase overall efficiency.
• Lead international tax aspects of quarterly and annual financial tax provisions, including analysis of foreign taxes and US tax impact of foreign income repatriation and inclusions.
• Lead and review all international tax compliance activities.
• Research and resolve international tax related technical issues that arise during the compliance process.
• Review detailed earnings and profits analysis and calculations of foreign tax credits, Subpart F income, previously taxed income, APB 23, as well as identify foreign source income.
• Monitor and assess the impact of tax legislation in countries this company is doing business in or exploring activity in.Our client offers excellent compensation and a generous benefits and retirement plan.
