• Collaborate with executive leadership to refine and champion our long-term safety vision.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive, forward-looking safety strategy that aligns with company goals.
• Work cross-functionally with project teams, engineers, and field crews to ensure safety is seamlessly integrated into operations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the Leadership Team-challenging, guiding, and supporting them through complex safety decisions.
• Engage with field leaders and jobsite crews to build a culture of trust, accountability, and safety ownership.
• Lead and mentor the safety team, promoting development and alignment across the organization.
• Analyze safety data and incident reports to identify trends and create data-driven action plans.
• Oversee workers' compensation and general liability programs, including claims management and insurance compliance.Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Safety or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience, ideally in construction or engineering.
  • Proven leadership experience developing and implementing successful safety programs.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, ANSI, and NFPA regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, from jobsite to boardroom.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency required).
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to travel to job sites and perform on-site safety inspections (minimal overnight travel required).
