The addition of a COO will make a big impact while preparing the firm for the next step in their development and growth!In this position, you will report to the CEO while taking ownership for operations, administration, client service and support, systems, processes, technology, marketing, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, billing, payroll, facilities, vendor management, compliance, and human resources. In addition, you will partner with the CEO and Directors while focused on strategy, short and long-term planning, and evaluating new business opportunities & acquisitions.
