  WSCU is a 36-bed unit serving adult oncology patients receiving chemotherapy or high dose chemotherapy, with or without bone marrow/stem cell transplant, and undergoing complex medication and blood product administration. Mixed Acuity Unit. Travelers do not administer chemo.
  Ratios are 1:4 days/1:5 nights.
  2 years of prior MS/Telemetry experience required, Oncology experience preferred (must have at least one previous assignment in Oncology)
  Drips are required on all floors
  Level l Trauma Center and Teaching Hospital experience required
  First timers accepted
  BLS required
  EPIC charting experience required
  Will float within scope to meet facility needs (this includes potentially floating to Bellevue campus)100% NICOTINE FREE FACILITY
  Locals Accepted: NO (candidate must be more than 100 miles from facility)
  Pending license accepted: Yes, but if license is not IN HAND at the time of submission then traveler will be booked six weeks out.
  Weekend Requirement: Two weekends in a four-week schedule period (Saturday/Sunday for day shift, Friday/Saturday for night shift).Scrubs: MANDATORY - RNs wear Steele gray scrubs with the Nebraska Medicine logo printed on the back. Information on how to obtain Nebraska Medicine branded scrubs will be shared once traveler is confirmed.
