  • A main Med Center in Eastern Nebraska is looking for PCU RN's.
    • Job Requirements
    • 1 year of experience required
    • Oncology experience preferred but not required
    • Charge nurse experience required (minimum 1 year)
    • Must pass a skills exam during orientation with a 90% to pass
      • Schedule Information
      • 13 Week contract
      • 36 hours per week
      • Shifts: 12 hour
      • Shift times: 7a-7p, 7a-3p, 3p-7p, 7p-11p, 11p-7a, 7p-7a
      • Weekend requirements: Every third weekend
      • Self schedule
        • Unit Specific Information
        • RN Ratio (Days): 1 RN to 4 PCU, 1 to 5 M/S
        • RN Ratio (Nights): 1 RN to 5-6 patients
        • Nursing Assistant support: Yes
        • Charge nurse: Yes
        • Specialty Equipment Available: Lyko lifts in even rooms. Other lift equipment available.
          • Additional Details
          • If you hang chemo you need to be chemo certified but not required to work the floor
          • Travelers need to be aware of floating to med/surg and PCU units
          • Orientation will be 2 days
