  • 13 or 26 week option
  • Heart & Vascular Unit - 7HVU is a 49-bed unit
  • Specialty medical/surgical unit
  • Care for specialty patients, such as stable heart and lung transplants, and Ventricular Assist Devices (LVADs)
  • Ratios are 1:5 days/1:6 nights
  • Medical Surgical/Telemetry RN
  • 2 years of prior Telemetry experience preferred
  • Drips are required on all floors
  • First timers NOT accepted
  • EPIC charting experience required
  • Will float within scope to meet facility needs
  • 100% NICOTINE FREE FACILITY

    • 2 years of experience in large, urban hospital
    • BLS, ACLS, NIH required
    • Pending license accepted, but must be in hand at the time of submission
    • RTO restrictions: Up to two weeks of RTO permitted
    • Weekend Requirement: Two weekends in a four-week schedule period

      • Two weekends in a four-week schedule period (Saturday/Sunday for day shift, Friday/Saturday for night shift)

          • Locals Accepted: NO (candidate must be more than 100 miles from facility)
          • Scrubs: MANDATORY - RNs wear Steele gray scrubs with the Nebraska Medicine logo printed on the back
          • Parking: Professionals can obtain a parking permit (cost approx. $55/month) or use daily rate parking ($3 for 20 hrs)
