  • Charge nurse in each shift
  • Experience with titrating drips required
  • Experience with vasopressors, paralytics, narcotics, sedation, and antiarrhythmics
    • Job Requirements
    • 1 year of experience with this patient population
    • Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS
      • Schedule Information
      • 0630-1830, 1830-0630 shifts
      • Every other weekend
      • Every other holiday or as needed
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Department: CVICU
        • # of Beds: 18
        • Nurse:Patient Ratios: 1:01
        • Common diagnoses: Open heart, complex thoracic, and vascular patients
        • No CNAs on the unit
        • Hospitalist & Intensivist in house 24/7
        • RNs required to read and interpret telemetry strips
          • Additional Details
          • Will float to all inpatient units, excluding Maternity/NICU
          • 2 shifts of unit/department specific orientation required
          • Radius Rule: 50 miles for candidates
          • RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract)
