Apply today!About the Role:The Sous Chef plays a pivotal role in
the kitchen, supporting the Culinary Lead in managing daily kitchen
operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and
presentation. This position is essential for maintaining a smooth
workflow, overseeing food preparation, and assisting in menu
development that aligns Plum Market Foodservice's vision. The Sous
Chef will also be responsible for training and mentoring kitchen
staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Additionally, this role involves monitoring inventory levels and
ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
Ultimately, the Sous Chef contributes significantly to creating an
exceptional dining experience for Guests through culinary
excellence and innovation.Minimum Qualifications:
Compensation details: 55000-65000 Yearly Salary
