Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Developer Lead to act as a
Technical Applications Owner for their Scrum team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of applications to enhance customer
experience
Collaborate with CRM business partners, IT teams, and external
service providers
Maintain and build applications utilizing data, LEAN efficiencies,
and AI interactions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or
equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of experience in designing, programming, and
supporting software applications
High school diploma/GED with a technical training program and six
years of related experience may substitute
High school diploma/GED with eight years of related experience may
substitute
