Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthcare Revenue Cycle, Product
Operations Specialist to manage payment terminal operations and
collaborate with various teams.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Management and other teams to guide
product goals and ensure operational efficiency
Manage the lifecycle of payment terminals, coordinating orders and
shipments with clients and payment gateways
Oversee billing processes and resolve discrepancies in
collaboration with the Finance department
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of operations-focused program management experience in a
product organization
5+ years of experience in the healthcare revenue cycle
Experience with asset management and payment terminals
Proficiency in Salesforce and understanding of billing and finance
processes
