Job Description:
A company is looking for a High Volume Call Center
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve basic payment and account-related requests for assigned
clients
Build knowledge of products, policies, and procedures to assist
customers
Work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and
weekends, while being on camera during work hours
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
At least 6 months of high volume call center experience within the
last 2 years
Ability to navigate computerized data entry systems
Willingness to follow established procedures and instructions
Flexibility to work various shifts in a 24/7 call center
environment
