  • A hospital in Eastern Nebraska is looking for a day shift CT Tech.
  • 12 week contract.
  • Position will cover CT but also assist in Xray.
  • CT Tech with 1 year experience head and neck CTA's, CT Perfusion experience a plus, x-ray experience to include fluoro such as UGI barium studies.
    • Job Requirements
    • BLS and ARRT are required.
    • Prefer X-ray and MRI experience for day shift.
    • Night shift MUST have CT/X-ray experience.
      • Schedule Information
      • 12 hour shifts with a guarantee of 36 hours.
      • Mixed 9, 10, and 12 hour shifts - start time vary on shift, cyclic scheduling handled by supervisors.
      • Every 4th weekend for day shift, every other for overnights.
      • 2 holidays per year.
      • Weekend call: once every 6 weeks / Weeknight call: 3-4 week nights per month when fully staffed.

        • Department: CT Tech
        • Common types of imaging/studies performed: Adults, geriatrics, and some Peds through the ER, CT biopsies, drains, aspirations, cryoablations, cervical injections, stroke angio studies with 3rd party processing, CTA coronary.
        • EMR: EPIC / PACS: McKesson
        • Department Specific Equipment: Siemens CT scanners.
        • Approximately 3 days of unit/department specific orientation.
