Job Description:
Milan Laser is the nation's largest laser hair removal company,
and as we continue to expand, we're looking for a highly motivated
Recruiter to help drive our fast-paced, high-volume hiring process.
This role will be instrumental in sourcing, interviewing, and
partnering with hiring managers to attract top-tier talent across
the United States.You'll play a key role in ensuring a seamless,
efficient hiring process while consulting with hiring managers to
maintain a consistent and aligned recruitment strategy across our
390+ locations.This position is based in West Omaha, NE, with
occasional remote flexibility to support work-life balance.What
You'll Do:
- Own full-cycle recruiting - from sourcing to screening to
guiding candidates and hiring managers through each stage of the
process.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing techniques (direct
outreach, job boards, social media, networking) to attract
high-quality candidates.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring best
practices for interviewing and selection while maintaining
consistency across all locations.
- Drive efficiency in hiring by proactively managing requisitions
and staying ahead of market trends.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates'
qualifications, customer service aptitude, and sales skills.
- Present structured, well-documented candidate summaries to
hiring managers for consideration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders
to understand staffing needs and provide talent insights.
- Leverage the ClearCompany ATS and other technology to optimize
recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring clear
communication and a smooth hiring journey.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance recruiting culture
that aligns with company goals.What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of proven recruiting experience
(high-volume, multi-location experience preferred).
- Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers,
candidates, and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the
ability to influence and guide hiring decisions.
- Proven experience with sourcing strategies and recruitment
marketing techniques.
- High attention to detail, strong time management skills, and
the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft
Office, and Google Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive
information with professionalism.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to evolving business
