Upon completion of our training program you will enjoy a hybrid work schedule with three days per week spent in our South Sioux City office.Position Overview:As a Claims Adjuster Trainee, you'll embark on a career path designed to shape you into an exceptional claims professional. Our comprehensive six-month training program will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to handle the complexities of trucking insurance claims effectively. During this period, you'll learn the ins and outs of claims investigation, policy analysis, negotiation strategies, and settlement procedures under the guidance of seasoned professionals.Key Responsibilities:Claims Investigation: Gain hands-on experience in determining liability, assessing damages, and gathering evidence for trucking-related incidents.
