Systems Development Supervisor, you will lead a team of 6 to 8
skilled developers focused on supporting the Accounting and Billing
department. This team plays a critical role in designing,
developing, and maintaining custom applications and solutions that
drive efficiency and accuracy in financial operations. Your
leadership will be instrumental in delivering high-quality,
scalable technology solutions that align with business goals.Key
ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and mentor a team of developers to
deliver innovative, reliable, and efficient software
solutions.Collaborate with Accounting and Billing leadership to
identify technology needs and develop solutions to improve
processes and performance.Oversee the software development
lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of projects and adherence to
best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.Foster a culture
of continuous improvement by encouraging skill development,
knowledge sharing, and process optimization within the team.Ensure
compliance with company policies, security standards, and industry
regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor's or equivalent in professional
experience.Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a
leadership or supervisory capacity, or demonstrated potential for
supervision/management.Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of
software development principles, programming languages, and
frameworks relevant to enterprise financial systems is helpful but
not required.Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical
concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical
stakeholders.Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical thinking with the
ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective
solutions.Collaboration Mindset: A team-oriented leader who fosters
collaboration and builds strong relationships across
departments.Familiarity with agile development methodologies and
