Hillcrest Health Services is currently seeking Certified Medication Aides for our Senior Care Communities in the Omaha metro area.

Pay: Starting at $18.00+ per hour based upon experience, certification and education.

All Hillcrest medication aides are required to provide cares (hence the requirement of having an active CNA) - we do not hire team members to solely pass medications.

What are my responsibilities?
--- Provides personal care to the patients on assigned neighborhood.
--- Observes and reports obvious physical and behavioral abnormalities to the nurse manager immediately.
--- Responsible to document all patient care in POC and notify Nurse Manager of refusals of care or abnormalities in vital signs.
--- Answering call light timely to determine the patients' needs.
--- Pass medications utilizing the Five Rights.
What do I need to be considered?
--- STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful).
--- An active CNA in the state of Nebraska (or willing to transfer your license to Nebraska).
--- An active 40-hour medication aide in Nebraska.
--- Focus on resident care, team player.
