Job Description:
Seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide
essential assistance to myself, a physically disabled woman, in my
own home. Duties would include helping with all activities of daily
living, transfers, trache care and ventilator support. Must be
willing to learn about all necessary respiratory needs and be able
to react quickly in urgent situations such as suctioning or any
unforeseen events.
Other tasks would include general housekeeping, making meals,
laundry, and any other cleaning or organizational needs that come
up.
12 hour shifts preferred, days and nights
Qualifications:
* Must have CNA license
* Must have reliable transportation
* Basic understanding of a ventilator and ability to learn specific
needs
* Dependable, patient and clean
* Excellent communication skills and ability to take directions
* Experience in home care or student in healthcare field such as
nursing, PT/OT, or respiratory therapy
