Job Summary: As a Maintenance Supervisor at WK Kellogg Co, you will support production at our Omaha, NE facility by filling in for leaders and managing unique projects, driving efficiency and effectiveness in plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting the Pace - Help maintain work plans that support and improve plant equipment reliability.
  
• Driving Change - Foster a culture of inclusion and continuity within all departments through continuous improvement.
  
• Strategizing to Win - Direct, train, and develop maintenance team members for their assigned areas and shifts.
  
• Driving Efficiency - Use problem-solving skills and root cause analysis to resolve or mitigate maintenance issues.
  
• Impacting Results - Identify opportunities to eliminate cost and/or waste through applying LEAN manufacturing principles.
  
• Taking a New Angle - Identify, implement, and document maintenance and reliability best practices.
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • High school diploma or GED and related work experience.
    
  • Strong technical aptitude along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP software.
    
  • Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve.
    
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others and work with employees at all levels of the organization.
    
  • Previous experience as a maintenance supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
    
  • Ability to work any shift as needed depending on the business.
