Job Description:
A company is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to provide support
for a mobile application.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier I support and customer assistance for a mobile
application
Troubleshoot, reproduce, report, and resolve problems in both iOS
and Android operating systems
Install client software on supported devices and manage incident
tickets in the tracking system
Required Qualifications:
One year of professional experience in mobile application support
or related field
Associate's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information
Systems, Cybersecurity, or related technical field
Additional experience may substitute for required education on a
year-for-year basis
Training or certification related to the position may provide
credit towards experience or education
