Position Summary:

Milan Laser is looking for a dynamic sales-oriented professional with call center experience to join our Client Services team. Our Customer Service Representatives work in a fast-paced environment handling a high volume of incoming calls, emails and chat requests from both existing and prospective clients.

Compensation: $17.00/hr + shift differential (extra $1.50/hr for bilingual)

Location: Omaha, Nebraska, In-Person

Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt

Schedule: Shifts range from 7:00am-10:00pm, Day and Evening Shifts available, must be available 1 weekend day.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Responding to communication via inbound/outbound call, text, and email from current clients


* Scheduling treatment appointments and answering billing questions from current clients


* Building relationships with both current clients by providing excellent customer service


* Effectively maintain contact and follow up with current clients


* Communicating regularly with field managers regarding potential and existing client sales & scheduling


* Additional project-based responsibilities



To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet all the following requirements:

* Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelors degree a plus


* Proven success in achieving sales metrics


* Excellent customer service skills


* Experience in a call center environment is a plus


* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal


* Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills


* Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently while displaying a strong sense of teamwork


* Ability to maintain highly confidential information


* Display a passion for the aesthetics industry


* Be able to accurately type at least 60 wpm


* Be able to sit for up to 9 hours a day
