What does a Customer Service Representative do?

* Provide accurate, friendly, and responsive service to customers via inbound and outbound calls
* Maintains a working knowledge of products, services and policies within the business to serve as an internal information source
* Accurately document interactions and enter information into the customer database and process payment as needed.
* Ability to multitask
* Effectively communicate with multiple departments and branches to ensure each customer's needs are met in a timely and accurate manner
* Adaptability: Effectively manages and supports changes to processes and procedures

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, high school education or equivalent required
* Quickbooks/Netsuite experience
* Friendly and resolution focused interpersonal skills
* Articulate verbal and written communication skills
* Proven organizational and time management skills
* Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems
* Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
* Technical aptitude
* Experience navigating various business systems to support customer inquiries
* Openness to additional responsibilities
