• Active FINRA Series 7 & 63 Licenses -
• Flexibility to work any day, time, or shift to accommodate 24/7 contact center needs Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of client relationship experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from accredited university
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business
  • Robust communication, influencing and client engagement skillsDesire to be part of a supportive and collaborative teamProficient in Client Relationship Management (CRM) platforms -Strong candidates will also have previous experience in Financial Representative role
