Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual Store Support Operator to
provide customer service and support to store team members.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, return voicemails, and respond to emails
while maintaining customer composure
Document customer interactions and maintain updated information in
a case management system
Collaborate with store leadership to resolve customer concerns and
provide website technical support
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or GED required; 2 years of related experience
preferred
Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
Must be available to work flexible shifts, including holidays
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Background check required for employment
